Hello everyone, I want to take a moment to thank Kevin Speicher and Jim Consoletti from the body shop, people from the paint shop, and everyone else I had the pleasure of working with when I brought in my 2017 Ford F150.
A tree fell on top of my vehicle one day during work. After the tree was removed the damage was staggering. There was a hole in my roof, the windshield was broken, the hood was bent, one of the side mirrors was damaged, the dashboard was damaged, and scratches everywhere on the body.
I thought it would not be possible to make my 6 month old vehicle look like it did before. However, I can positively say they made my F150 perfect again! I visited them at least 2 times a week for a month and they were both friendly and informative. I was very impressed with how meticulous they were. So I do not hesitate when I say I highly recommend Sheehy ford. After seeing my truck again I can firmly say I trust their work because it's clear that they treat every vehicle they work on like it's their own.

After striking out at another dealership, I checked out Ted Britt's web site and was really pleased with their inventory and prices. Upon calling, Edres jumped right in and was very enthusiastic about meeting my needs. Though he was enthusiastic, he was not pushy or irritating as so many car sales people can be. He hit the right note, stayed late and we were able to make a deal.

I can't say enough praise for management, Brittanie, Frank, and all other employees I came in contact with. They could not have been more helpful or courteous to facilitate getting my Ford back to me same day, with a line of people out the door.
Very pleasant car buying experience - Frederick Family
Overall, we had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with Ourisman Frederick. The salesperson played a key role in ensuring that we had such a nice experience. He was very patient, knowledgeable and a considerate person. He never pressured or pushed us for anything. He politely and patiently answered all our questions. If he did not know the answer, he was honest about it and tried to find the correct answer immediately from the right source.
We will recommend Ourisman to all our friends.

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at this dealership. The General Manager was fantastic at making sure the experience made me happy and that the issues with the car were taken care of. The service was very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Thank you for a great experience. If you need to get a new car or get your Ford/Lincoln serviced this is the dealership I would go to. They are remarkable.
Not honest and proud of it.... - disappointed1
I have bought my Lincolns from this dealership for years....just loved coming here. They made everything easy.....my car is ready to be traded in and I needed a full set of tires. I was quoted a price, guaranteed a car to use while my car was being serviced. NOT the cheapest quote but went with it. I am all happy until my $1400 repair quote turned into an a last minute by the way now it will cost you more with no real explanation other than some made up excuse. It made no sense. The service manager corrected, but to get to this point was unpleasant. Wow....was the padding of the service really worth losing a great customer ready to buy a $60K car! In the end, they just didn't care. Business must be great! Oh, and when I picked up my car, They gave it back to me filthy dirty! I was suppose have my car washed! Really East West? Is his what your dealership is now padding costs and dirty cars, no thanks!
Customer Service Ends After the Sale. - KellyBurgoyne
Purchased a used car back in June and was promised that I would have my windshield (small chip) repaired and the spare key (broken) repaired. This promise was solidified in writing on the IOU slip. It has been two months and I have reached out via phone and email several times. I have not heard back from anyone at the dealership and am forced to escalate my issue to small claims court, since the key fob and windshield repair easily exceeds $300.
Furthermore, the finance department said that the best financing option I could receive (credit score over 700) was 9.6%. After contacting USAA, I learned that, that rate was nearly double the rates I could receive. Thankfully, USAA made refinancing an easy process for me, but it was a burden I should not have faced had the finance department at the dealership had my best interest in mind.
Unless you are wholeheartedly set on a vehicle at this dealership and understand that the customer service is far from what you would hope or even expect, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache of working with this business.

I was 1st in line for a Saturday service, "The works". The scheduled service went on a timely manner but the closing of the work order did not. My truck was sitting outside the service entry for 25 minutes before I was told it was competed.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

I have nothing but good things to say about East West. They have a great staff who are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

We purchased the exact car for the exact price that we wanted without pressure from any one. They did not play any games with our financing and we were out in about an hour. We will buy another car from this dealer in the future.
