Willing to spend the time...and followed up - F_Mitchell
I had found a vehicle via auto-trader, and Sheehy wasn't a dealer I knew prior to this transaction. Eric was easy to work with, I asked for additional information and he responded back to me timely and with the information I requested. Also, when he wasn't around (helping other clients or on his days off) his colleague was attentive and more than willing to help. When I arrived he let me inspect the vehicle in any capacity I saw fit. When we test drove the vehicle it wasn't rushed at all. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well. The vehicle did not have an external rack that we agreed upon, but he promised to ship it me and he followed up on that promise (something I could see a lot of salesman /women not doing post sale). Overall, easy dealership to work with, and even though Eric is originally from New York and I'm from Philadelphia, he was okay with the Eagles winning the superbowl haha. I would go back again, I think a good crew working there, business dealings (prices, agreement, etc.) was straightforward.

Awesome car buying experience! We purchased a used car from Purvis Ford and we couldn't be any happier! The whole experience was smooth and easy from A-Z. We found the car on the web and emailed Purvis Ford about it. They responded promptly. Taylor Clark was the salesperson we communicated with through emails and worked with when we arrived to the dealership. He showed us a tremendous amount of respect and genuine care from the start. He graciously explained the specs of the car we came to look at (and eventually bought). Then he left us alone to inspect the car and test drive it. We didn't feel pressured to buy at all. Once we decided to make the purchase, he gave us the total purchase price (including tax, tags and dealers fees). We made them a reasonable best (first and final) offer and they accept it (without the typical car salesmen play! You know what I'm talking about, right?! When they start with astronomical price -with all kinds of hidden fees and inapplicable discounts- and slowly/painfully work their way down, when the salesmen go to their manager to present an offer -and drag their feet in the way- letting the customer simmer in anxiety, and after many trips back and forth to the floor manager, the floor manager comes in in-person to establish a "take it or leave it" number because there are many other customers interested in the car.... etc.).
Once they accepted our offer (without the above painful play), we filled the paperwork and were escorted to the finance person (forgot his name but he is an awesome finance person and an Army veteran) who also showed us a tremendous amount of respect. He also didn't pressure us to buy the unnecessary third-party warranty since the car came with its original factory warranty supported by a complimentary 3years/75K limited warranty from Purvis Ford! Yes, FREE of charge!!! Again, we felt un-pressured and completely at ease throughout the whole process. In fact, we chatted about the weather, sports, and previous military-experiences...
Once we finished with the finance person, we found our car at the front door gas-filled, tags installed, detailed and ready to go!
We learned that most of the people who work at Purvis Ford are military veterans and we also heard good vibes about the owners of this dealership which truly speaks volumes of how great and honest people they really are!
Thank you Purvis Ford for this true hassle-free, smooth car-buying experience! You got a life-time customer and will definitely recommend you for our friends and family!

I purchased a new Taurus from loons Ford, however if East West Lincoln Mercury had been able to give me the same deal I got at loons, I'd be driving a Mercury today, but the handle ALL of my service needs and quite professionally and quick might I add, my buddy Mike mike mike is one great S. A. And the other guys aren't slouches either, but I was most impressed by the owner of the dealership, he's approachable, friendly, and he does not act like someone usually acts when they are as fortunate as him, I thank you all for being great people persons.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here I did visit this place last Saturday and dealt with Imo. This man was extremely helpful. He not only made this process of purchasing a vehicle stress free but was very attentive when I told him what I needed. After I left he followed up with me to let me know if I changed my mind on what I was looking for or if I found another vehicle on their site to just let him know and he would set up some time to show it. On Monday I did purchase a vehicle but once again it was somewhere else and that salesman literally was handed a sale because Imo was so thorough with all my options on Saturday I already knew what to expect. After I made the purchase I was sad to call Imo because Saturday he worked so hard to help me. Not only that but he had already called to follow up to see if I found something on their website I liked. But unlike my pass experience with sales people they tend to be defensive Imo actually was the exact opposite he not only congratulate me on my purchase but he asked me if I was in the area to swing by to see my new ride. That right there made my experience with this dealership worth the 5 stars. Ourisman of Frederick you all are truly lucky to have a wonderful salesman who displays amazing customer service skills and that personal connection with customers. That goes along way and I even told Imo how impressed I was because a lot of times finding good people with those skills you can’t really teach is difficult. I had a great experience getting my car serviced at this dealership. The General Manager was fantastic at making sure the experience made me happy and that the issues with the car were taken care of. The service was very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Thank you for a great experience. If you need to get a new car or get your Ford/Lincoln serviced this is the dealership I would go to. They are remarkable.

I was 1st in line for a Saturday service, "The works". The scheduled service went on a timely manner but the closing of the work order did not. My truck was sitting outside the service entry for 25 minutes before I was told it was competed.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

We purchased the exact car for the exact price that we wanted without pressure from any one. They did not play any games with our financing and we were out in about an hour. We will buy another car from this dealer in the future.
