My husband was interested in an AMG and loved the GTR. Mercedes Benz has limited production to 2000 units. So we did not think that owning a GTR would be possible because of such limited supply, Charlie, Randy, Edwin, Eric and Juan made it all possible for us to take one home within 24 hrs! Now that’s service!

Although I live in Fredericksburg I bring my car to Arlington because of the excellent service I continue to receive. That said, the service is very pricey though....I wish there was a way to bring that down.

I received constant reminders about my appointment. While my car was in service, he kept me updated. There were a couple more issues that needed attention. He called me to explain what needed to be done and asked if they could go ahead. I picked up the car at the end of the day. He had it washed. The whole experience was great. Thank you Stephen.

I wish I could give these guys a negative rating. I just stop three today to potentially purchase an over 100k vehicle. It was the most unpleasant car buying experience I ever had in my life. Unfriendly and arrogant sales personnel. I felt I need to work hard just to keep conversation going and sales staff did not try to make me feel comfortable; or to inform me about dealership or quality service they should be providing; nor did they try to work towards potential sale... Total professional embarrassment. I don't want to put associates data in public this way but if that was a representative of their service I think they need to either retrain their people or go into different line of business as what I saw today is below any acceptable level of professionalism.
I will still purchase similar vehicles but these guys do not deserve my or anyone else's business. Recommend everyone stay away from this place. I will purchase my next vehicle elsewhere tomorrow.

Which is exactly why I drove my family 5 hours from our home in NJ to trade in our 2015 C300 for a new 2017 GLE 350. We love our new SUV! The extra room made traveling back home with our 17 month old son a lot more comfortable. From the friendly & knowledgeable staff to the luxurious & immaculate facility, we are once again VERY impressed with this place! Absolutely worth the extra travel time and money I spent on gas and tolls. The people that helped us were Salesman Michael LaGuardia, Sales Manager Prince Addy, Finance Manager Jae Lee, and Finance Director Mak Kahn and it was our interactions with them that made this a very, fun, stress free, and enjoyable car buying experience. We got there late in the day on Saturday around 5:30pm and never once felt rushed despite the 6PM closing time posted on their website. Their website is awesome by the way, made it very easy to find the vehicle I wanted! This is now our 3rd Mercedes Benz and sure, I could have gone to one of my local MB dealerships, but the staff at MB Chantilly is what sets this place apart from any other car dealership out there. This is also why we fully intend to go back for our next vehicle too!
