I had a truly wonderful experience when I arrived after work on Wed., March 3rd to take a look at some Toyota vehicles. I wanted to speak with Tony Teschel, who had been my salesman for my previous Toyota car purchases in the past. He was not in the dealership at the time of my arrival, however, the receptionist called him and I was able to speak with him. I had initially told him that I was off work on Fri. and that I would come by that morning to look at some vehicles. As I was leaving the dealership I decided to take a look at some of the Scion vehicles mostly focusing on the certified pre-owned models. I had seen Tony over this past weekend and told him that I was thinking about possibly trading in my 2012 Toyota Camry. At that time I told him I was interested in a 2012 Chrevrolet Camaro and also possibly a 2012 Ford Mustang. He told me I should take a look at a certified pre-owned Scion FR-S. As I was looking at the Scion certified pre-owned vehicles I came across Tim Teschel, salesman, and he helped me look at the various pre-owned Scion vehicles in the lot and test drive a couple of the models. I expressed interest in the Scion FR-S as well as the Scion LC, especially the limited Release Edition 9.0. He was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. I have never experienced such a stress-free, non-haggle, car buying experience outside of Bob Tyler Toyota/Scion. I did not think I was going to be approved for a loan considering I had negative equity and was upside down on my current loan. I had done my best to maintain my current payment schedule on my 2012 Toyota Camry LE as I had a car payment of over $600 a month. As Tim Teschel was gathering information from me related to my my current loan through SETF I felt quite excited at the possibility of becoming the owner of a new 2015 Scion 2d HB LC, Release Edition 9.0! When he informed me that financing had been approved and that I was the owner of the vehicle I was very grateful to him as well as for Tony Teschel for steering me in the direction of the Scion, and the financing manager for his work in making my purchase a reality! I will highly recommend Bob Tyler Scion/Toyota to all my friends and look forward to returning to the dealership at my scheduled maintenance intervals. I purchased the extended warranties as they are definitely worth the extra money when it comes to vehicle service needs!
