Dear Justin, I was shocked to read this review since providing excellent customer service here at Highline Imports is one of our top priorities. I know Rock and the ownership always go the extra mile for their customers. I did some research. It appears that you bought a 2009 BMW 5 series with over 100,000 miles. You bought it knowing about the buy "As Is" policy and you bought the vehicle "As Is". After leaving the dealership you drove to Atlanta to pick up your daughter and the tire blew out. You called the dealership and we responded with the kind of service we always provide - immediate and exceptional! We went the extra mile for you and drove forty miles to where you were (close to Talladega). Upon arrival we gave you a loaner vehicle which you drove to Atlanta. We towed your car back to the dealership and fixed all the problems you mentioned in your review: tires, oil leaks, old belt, etc. We have not heard anything else from you and were sure that you were enjoying your purchase. To read a review such as yours that fails to mention how much we helped you seems unfair. If you would like to discuss this further with management please give us a call.
