                                                        A Success Story Worth Sharing:
I have a success story to share with all of you. It concerns a remarkable car salesman by the name of Kevin Staubyn and the outstanding dealership he represents — Subaru/Lexus of Pembroke Pines.
After visiting several different dealerships in search of a new vehicle, my husband and I went to Subaru of Pembroke Pines in March 2025 to look at the Subaru SUV. We were greeted by Kevin Staubyn, whose welcoming manner immediately made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. He patiently answered all of our questions, explained everything about the vehicles we were interested in, and arranged a test drive in one of the SUVs we liked. When I mentioned that I still wanted to explore other makes before making a decision, Kevin was completely understanding and gracious. He encouraged us to take our time and offered his help in the future if we ever needed it.
Our SUV search continued, and in the months that followed, Kevin would occasionally send us a thoughtful text message just to check in and see how things were going—never pushy, simply kind and professional.
Finally, in late September, we decided to take a look at the Lexus RX 350. Although we live in Miami, we both agreed to return to the dealership in Pembroke Pines where Kevin was. He was truly unlike any other car sales associate my husband or I had ever dealt with—kind, unassuming, professional, and so very helpful in assisting my husband and me as we weighed whether to lease or buy. Since we had never leased before, Kevin took the time to have a thoughtful conversation with us, explaining everything clearly and patiently. After considering all the options, we decided to lease.
We drove off in a beautiful copper-colored Lexus RX 350, and Kevin guided us through every step of the process. When the time came to thank us, shake hands, and part ways—he didn’t. To our surprise and delight, he sat inside the car with us (mind you, this was already four hours later) and personally programmed the GPS, radio, and Lexus Assist features. He reviewed all of the vehicle’s functions, shared tips for scheduling service appointments, and provided his personal phone number, encouraging us to call or text him anytime with questions.
Finally, he walked my husband all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot where our car was parked and waited to wave goodbye as we drove off the lot.
Kevin Staubyn is truly a cut above the rest. He went above and beyond to assist us, and because of his professionalism, kindness, knowledge and genuine care, we will be lifelong customers. Subaru/Lexus of Pembroke Pines is incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and thoughtful sales associate—someone who genuinely goes the extra mile for his customers.
