After enjoying my NX300H for a long time I decided to pull the trigger and get a new one. My 2026 NX350h is just beautiful. But what really made the difference was dealing with the people at Treasure Coast Lexus. My salesman Carlton is a credit to his dealership. No craziness like other dealers. He understands that life happens and was accommodating to my family’s needs. His communication and attention to details was second to none. This sale was our family’s 6th Lexus so I have some experience with different dealers over multiple states. The trade in went smoothly and I thought it was fair. My post purchase options were clearly explained and not a hammering experience. and the feature and technology guy was helpful and through. As bad as car shopping can be this dealership with Carlton et al made it a pleasure.

Jared is probably the best salesperson I have had at a car dealership in my past history of buying eight cars. He listened and responded to all of my queries and questions with promptness and accuracy. Even though I hadn't owned and driven a manual transmission car in at least 10 years, he accompanied me through the test drive of a high performance sports coupe with a calm and patient demeanor. I did not feel uncomfortable expressing my concerns, all which he addressed promptly without deferring to the sales manager. A good buying experience. Honda of the Avenues had excellent facilities for waiting during the pauses when going through the finance and car detailing portions. I would definitely return to this dealership for an additional purchase.

Natasha was amazing. Super helpful in answering questions and very communicative on times, schedules and costs. She made the experience wonderful. The shuttle option was appreciated, though it took over an hour for the driver to pick me up from the dealership and get me to work under 7 miles away. Driver was great, just if that service is offered multiple drivers would expedite the customer experience.
