Elite Autobrokers is a top class dealership for high quality luxury vehicles. They are genuine, honest and extremely helpful. There is no hard sell as the cars pretty much sell themselves. Their cars are always well presented and thoroughly detailed. You’re allowed to take the car for a test drive on your own ( at least I was) and the staff are knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. In addition their website is one of the best and easiest to navigate. You can always access the free Carfax and they describe the car in detail and accurately with the information you want to Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a used BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche etc.

I was able to do everything by text until it was time to come in to get the vehicle and sign everything which was great because I am an hour away. This is a much upgraded vehicle from what I was used to and he walked me thru every single detail of what every single button was for. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The finance stage in the other hand needs improvement. The upsell on add ons l was not interested in continued even after l told the representative 4 to 5 times that l was not interested. It was super annoying. Overall l would buy from this dealership again but only because of the excellent sales experience.

Two great experiences with MJ and Fitzgerald Mazda. This time I asked if they could beat a price given by another dealership and they did. I asked for specifications of the Mazda I wanted and they were able to find the only one within 500 miles. We made a deal over text/email. Then it only took one day for the vehicle to come in. They aren’t pushy or try the salesmanship tactics. I haven’t had any other experiences at dealerships that can compare, and will continue to go to MJ at Fitzgerald Mazda.
