I was nervous about this experience and she made the whole thing so calm and fun and easy! She really listened to me and always gave me time to work through my questions and decisions. I really adored working with her! Additionally, Mikayla (spelling?) was shadowing her as a trainee/new employee and she was also kind and friendly and helpful as well! Jack DiNuzzo from financial services was also very kind and helpful and I appreciated how well he explained things to me and his calm presence. First off, as a cynic, pessimist and glass-is-half-empty guy, I was not looking forward to buying a used vehicle. After an initial failed attempt, Crystal Valenti (any relation?), Shaker Hyundai GM, seemed to get the ball rolling for me and tasked Kyle with the job of reaching out to me. It's easy to see why Kyle Garvin is Employee of the Month. The guy is a professional salesperson - friendly, courteous, funny, personable and accommodating. Although I wasn't able to get my first choice of car, it was a turn of good luck. I couldn't see myself in any other car than the LOADED Tucson I ended up with and Kyle made it happen by meeting all of my many convoluted needs. Next month, however, I would like to nominate Jessica Deedon for Employee of the Month. The expected painful conversation with the 'finance' person was actually pleasant thanks to Jessica. She was able to put me at ease with her humor, straight forward approach and knowledge. The kicker was the finance rate - lower than the best rate I could locate by .65%?!?! Crazy!! not to mention her insight into the service department and help after the deal was done! Super unexpected and above and beyond. I'm not sure who gets to vote but count me as a yes for Jess!! Hopefully this is the last car I'll ever buy, but if not: I'm heading to Shakers Hyundai!! Too much?

I submit this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. I would like to recognize Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associates Matthew and Mage. Associate Matthew efficiently handled my call to arrange my service appointment for my 2006 RL where I had several fluid change services(Differential, Transmission, Radiator and Oil) performed. I appreciated Service Specialist Keith Davis’s input (he checked service history for this vehicle) to explain why my request for these services were timely to ensure that my car was well maintained. He also introduced me to Service Associate Mage, who was very personable, as he took my car into(and later out of) the service garage area. Keith also arranged and provided me with a video inspection so that I could see the condition of the undercarriage as well as the status of several key maintenance areas. I really appreciated having this detailed narrated video inspection video so I could review it in the future. It is a great benefit that is offered by Acura of Berlin and their Service Department. I was impressed after completion of the service. I appreciated the efforts of Keith, Matthew, and Mage that day to make my service as seamless as possible.
