I was very pleased and impressed with the integrity and - Buckeye Dean

I was very pleased and impressed with the integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction shown by Jerry, Steve, Alan, and Mike. The car I purchased was everything it was represented to be. I bought it without having the ability to see it firsthand, since I was two states away. Steve was good enough to use Facetime to allow me to get a close look. Additionally, my flight to New Jersey to pick up the car had multiple delays, which kept me from arriving at the dealership until after closing time. The group made arrangements to have Mike there to meet me and finish the transaction. (What a relief!) My very first ride in the car was from Edison NJ to Columbus OH in the middle of the night (I got home just before 5am!) It was obvious that the car had been carefully inspected, because it performed flawlessly. If there's ever a hall of fame for auto dealerships, these guys will be in it.

This has been one of the best car purchasing experiences - Fgp 26

This has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. Shelby Ruffo was outstanding. She made the entire process feel effortless and exceeded my expectations in terms of service. One example is that she was the one that helped me coordinate with my insurance company the addition of my new car to my existing policy. Also, she answered all of my questions and made sure I took a look of some of the alternatives I initially was interested in before I made a final decision. I also want to shout out Devin as he helped me set up my car. Even though this is a recently launched new X5 model, Devin knew how to navigate the car and helped me tailor my preferences and taught me how to do it later myself. He was also excellent. Thank you both for a great experience and great service.

I have been using Precision Acura for over 20 years (and three Acuras). The staff are always professional, knowledgeable and reliable. This is becoming more and more a rare phenomenon! Sales are excellent and first exposure, which is critical, but in the realm of things a relatively brief encounter. To me, service is the true test of the organization and Precision Acura consistently nails it!

I've been leasing cars from Route 1 CDJR since 2012. Always a positive experience. Vince Restuccia and the finance guy made everything go smoothly recently when I rolled over the lease on my Jeep Compass. The Service Dept is excellent, also. As a senior citizen woman, I appreciate that everyone at this dealership treats me professionally and with respect.

They made everything easy and stress free and the work was completed on time. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate Justin’s and Chris’s help. When I come in for a service, I always try to leave my keys with either of them first. Highly recommend.

While my vehicle initially had a frustrating mechanical - Ahmed.Eid93

While my vehicle initially had a frustrating mechanical issue that required multiple visits, Rob stepped in and took complete ownership of the situation. He ensured the repair was properly diagnosed and completed, listened attentively to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right. Leadership like his is rare, and his dedication turned a stressful experience into a completely resolved, positive outcome. Highly recommend Rob and the service leadership team at Sloane Honda.

I brought my new Honda CRV to have edging added to the - Elizabeth Banks

I brought my new Honda CRV to have edging added to the doors. The service was professional, and the process took less time than the estimate. The price was lower than anticipated. A final plus - the employee walked me through the schedule for car care. He notified me about the first year free tune-up offered by the Honda factory. Van service to and from home was a real benefit!
