I enjoyed purchasing a car (Q5) here when I came with my cousin around mid-August of 2025. We were two females and were treated respectfully and wonderfully as we deserved. More importantly, the sales staff and the sales manager Thomas S. had spectacularly performed at his peak in this department because he has patiently explained so much and answered all of our questions to his best ability and we understood the answers that are crucial to our decision to purchase the aforementioned Q5. We actually went to visit different brands like JEEP and others, but we "fell in love" with the Q5 at the onset, and there was no way we could back out. Worked together, we achieved our goal of purchasing and financing here, thanks to the Audi brand specialist Daniel N. and the sales Manager Thomas S.

This guy goes the extra mile in his profession: from thoroughly explaining a lot of features and making sure the vehicle was ready in tip top shape detailed and ready on time, Jae has what it takes to communicate to the customer all updates of the preparation.
