It was a low pressure environment. We were able to strike the deal we wanted using the advertised incentives and the trade-in value we expected. Finance experience was good. We learned about the pros and cons of the extras and were able to make an informed decision on what worked for us.

I had a need for immediate service because my dashboard all lit up with everything shown as a problem and an info that said transmission so I called and got an immediate appointment. They gave me a car to use. They corrected the transmission problem which was still under warranty and also did my 60,000 mile check up which was just about time to do. I was done very promptly and courteously. I left the car on the late Saturday afternoon and it was ready Monday morning. I was very pleased with the experience, particularly the ability to get the car in immediately.
