I have an uneasiness when I go they for service.
I don’t have any confidence in the service department that they are even doing what I requested (oil changes) I don’t know if there mechanics are even certified.
Engine locked up on 2011 LaCrosse. Of course we were not happy about it, but Don was very helpful with answers and suggestions and helped walk us through the best repair. Parts were ordered, price quoted, and finished a day ahead of time. Even helped us locate an online rebate for parts. Very pleased with results of a bad situation.
I’m always cautious about auto service shops. I bring my vehicles to Auto Park because I trust Brandyn will tell me what is wrong and prioritize issues that need addressed. Abi is pleasant and provides good customer service.
Received scratch off in the mail for my 2015 Buick scratched off revealed 15.99 oil change. Made appointment staff was all very nice and helpful but when Bill was given they had to switch to synthetic oil which I totally understand there would be an additional charge for that . But there also was a $13 labor fee very confused about that cashier even did not understand why that was on there she read coupon also talk to staff he talk but did not make any sense to me I paid it it’s not worth the hassle just thought I’d let you know .
Every time I visit this dealership I am always well taken care of. They make surr I understand everything and how much it costs. Super nice and make me feel like they want to help instead of the customer being a burden
