I have an uneasiness when I go they for service. I don’t have any confidence in the service department that they are even doing what I requested (oil changes) I don’t know if there mechanics are even certified.

Engine locked up on 2011 LaCrosse. Of course we were not happy about it, but Don was very helpful with answers and suggestions and helped walk us through the best repair. Parts were ordered, price quoted, and finished a day ahead of time. Even helped us locate an online rebate for parts. Very pleased with results of a bad situation.

"Busko oil service"

Had tires rotated and oil changed. Dropped car off for service and went to breakfast. Service called and said car would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes.

"Got my oil changed had a coupon for 15.99 "

Received scratch off in the mail for my 2015 Buick scratched off revealed 15.99 oil change. Made appointment staff was all very nice and helpful but when Bill was given they had to switch to synthetic oil which I totally understand there would be an additional charge for that . But there also was a $13 labor fee very confused about that cashier even did not understand why that was on there she read coupon also talk to staff he talk but did not make any sense to me I paid it it’s not worth the hassle just thought I’d let you know .
