What A Great Experience!!! Went into Richard Lucas Subaru just to check out some options for a new vehicle. Walked in and was greeted by Zeke explained that we were shopping around for a new vehicle explained what we were looking for my wife fell in Love with the Subaru Forester that was in the showroom. And a few minutes later a deal was made that we were happy with. While the paperwork was being done the car was taken in the back to be cleaned up a bit. And a short while later we were driving a new Subaru Forester home. A big “ THANK YOU “ to Zeke, Jack , and Erik and all the people behind the scene who made this a very pleasant experience.

We purchased our second Outback last night. Also, the second vehicle with Sebastian Jazwinski at Liberty. No games, best price, best service, and a pleasure to work with. I have purchased vehicles in the past from Morristown Subaru and Morristown Toyota. I will NEVER go to those dealerships ever again. Too many games and I never felt that I got the best deal. They play too many games and give car buying a bad name!!! Liberty is a pleasure to work with and cannot recommend them and Sebastion highly enough

After some initial problems trying to put down a deposit to hold the car for a day until I could come test drive, Javier Figueroa finally facilitated that with a credit card. Then dealing with salesperson Alan Cervantes was pretty straightforward. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Compared to other used car dealers they offered a low doc fee of $175. My only criticism is that some minor paint and plastic scratches and a nick on a tire sidewall could have been disclosed on the listing, but Alan did have it detailed which took care of most of the scratches and the tire nick. Overall I was very happy with the car, and the price!
