I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the - sdstroud5

I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Alpharetta! Lori was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. This was not your typical car-buying experience! I called the dealership the night before, just as they were closing, and was able to come in the very next day. Within just a matter of hours, I was walking out with my keys! From my initial call to driving away in my new car. I couldn’t believe how quick, straightforward, and hassle-free everything was. Lori was fantastic to work with. She made everything easy, kept things to the point, and respected my time without making the process feel rushed. I truly appreciated how efficiently everything was handled from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time and makes the car-buying experience a pleasure, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Alpharetta. Ask for Lori! She was amazing, and I’m thrilled with my vehicle and the overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car!

They gave me exactly what I wanted. - rheabooth17

They gave me exactly what I wanted. They were ethical, clear, kind, focused, and worked really well with me to get me a good deal. I had a bad experience with a different dealership recently and Nash Chevrolet showed me how pleasant a dealership experience can be. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I have absolutely no regrets.

It was was a pleasurable experience to work with Darryl. His calming, no pressure attitude plus his knowledge of the inventory and it's features make for a relatively quick and easy transaction! The service department also performed some outstanding work we requested to close out our deal. A big shout out to David Cook, Jana Tahirovich, and Kervin Karrington as well. One of our best buying experiences we have ever had at a dealership.

I recently purchased a 2026 Porsche GT3 as an out-of-state buyer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paul Stith was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy and stress-free, and he truly went above and beyond by waiting several hours after closing for the transportation company to deliver my trade-in. Justin Payne in Finance was also incredibly responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I’m genuinely grateful to the entire team for making the purchase such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Paul and everyone at the dealership!

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI - shanaG8R

We just purchased our 5th INFINITI from Roswell INFINITI over the past 12 years, and that says everything about the experience we've had with this dealership. Our relationship with Roswell INFINITI started when our kids were young. Back then, we were in the stage of life where we were saving for things like braces and carefully watching every dollar. Fast forward 12 years, and we're now empty nesters and we're still choosing Roswell INFINITI for our vehicles. The biggest reason we keep coming back is the entire team makes the process stress free, honest, and fair. In an industry where that can be difficult to find, Roswell INFINITI consistently treats us with respect and makes us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. We also want to give a special thank you to Elizabeth, who has been with us for 4 of our last 5 INFINITI purchases. Elizabeth knows how to treat people with the utmost respect, listens to what we need, very knowledge of the different vehicles and makes the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism and genuine approach are a huge reason we continue to come back. After 12 years and 5 vehicles, we can honestly say that we have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Roswell INFINITI to anyone looking for a dealership where you're treated fairly and where the people genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Elizabeth and the entire Roswell INFINITI team for taking care of our family all these years.

The service technicians worked very hard to discover what was causing the hesitation every time you drove forward or in reverse. It took a month but during that time they provided us with a new vehicle to drive. We will continue to service our vehicle here where we purchased it originally. Thank you to all of your technicians and staff for your kindness.
