Excellent service, I came in looking for a specific car they didn’t have it yet but told me it will be coming soon. They had something similar and got to test drive it ! That day I met Alex Rocha the salesman which went into details of the car I wanted and provided me with the carfax information. He understood that I was going to wait for the car I wanted and we kept in contact. All staff including managers were courteous and not pushy. My experience was flawless, got the car I wanted . The process of buying a car is tense and nerve wrecking to say the least but they made it easy. I highly recommend this place and I urge you to ask for Krystal who is the best in this Sales team. I also want to mention Izzy in Management and Dean in Finance who made the process so much better with their knowledge and great customer service. I found BMW of Barrington to be a very pleasant place to purchase a vehicle. The easiest process of purchasing a vehicle in a long time. My only concerns were the protection plan that is added to every vehicle but is not mentioned until you start talking numbers. It is an extra $1995 cost that is quietly built into their pricing. The other issue I had was with requiring BMW financing in order to get a discount on the price. Minor "surprises" in an otherwise very positive experience. As far as my experience working with Jorge, I could not have been more pleased. Jorge was professional, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time looking at models and test driving cars so the time we spent there was long but it was not because of the dealership. If you want an enjoyable buying experience I would strongly recommend working with Jorge. Kara (BMW Genius) was also wonderful to work with in showing us the many features available with our X3.
