I bought 1 new car from gateway out of many in the past. I spoke with Gene the same sales person we used before. I am a regular guy with not much money and I was treated like a king. It was the best buying time ever for my wife and I. We were in and out in record time even with a trade in to appraise. There was no pressure or untrue buying gimmicks to deal with. I emailed, talked and texted with a sales rep for 3 days in regards of vehicle I showed interested in. I explained to her that I would be driving an hour away just to inspect the vehicle.
On the day I decided to visit, I confirmed if it is to make the trip to the dealership, and was told to come over; after driving an hour I come to find out that the vehicle we have been talking all along is no longer in their lot.
A little effort would have saved me 2 hr round trip of drive plus the time I took off work just to make this trip happen. Sad. She was apologetic, and nice but unfortunately that is not enough.
Quality of service was poor - not thorough enough. I would think thrice before considering purchasing any vehicle from here because of this terrible experience.

We were referred to this dealership by someone in the Bommarito franchise because I specifically wanted a GMC Acadia. I went in this past Monday and found a car that I fell in love with so I submitted my info for financing. We were there for a while, but I had to leave to pick my son up from school. I picked him up and came back to have them inspect my trade-in so that they could submit the info for my financing. We there for several hours (which I expected). Left, had dinner, came back and still sat and waited. Finally the finance manager came out and said they were having trouble getting me in the monthly payment that I wanted to be in, but that he was going to have his boss talk with financing company's boss to try and get my rate down so that it would be within my budget. He said that it couldn't happen until the following day, Tuesday. All of that was fine, I was disappointed, but understand it's just part of buying a car. The following day we waited for an update. Heard nothing. I called and left a voicemail. A few hours later my husband called and left a voicemail. We left there Monday 10/9 after 8 o'clock at night (after being there a good half of the day) and as of today, October 15, we still have not heard from them! Six days and two voicemails later, nothing! You would think even if the financing wasn't in my budget they would ask if I wanted to pay a higher payment or look at a less expensive car, but I guess not. I went to Sunset Ford a couple of days ago and bought a car from them. It was smooth and their communication was excellent! They got me in a fully loaded car with a payment that was LESS than what I asked for.
I can't tell you how Bommarito GMC's customer service or maintenance is AFTER you buy a car because it never went that far. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience there and I was very disappointed.
Conceited and condescending sales manager - Disappointed
Went to dealership on 10 May fully intending to purchase a vehicle. We offered a lower amount expecting a counter offer. It wasn't the difference in price that ended the sale, it was the conceited and condescending response from the sales manager, Dan Sinclair. I don't think he even realized how he came across.
Horrible Service Department!!!!!!! - williemay
Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.

This has to be the worst Dealer in the state . Trying to get anything done from a key or key fob to service of your vehicle is a long drawn out process . Full of lies and excuses .. I purchased a used vehicle was unsafe to drive . The tire pressure was so low the vehicle drifted all over the road . The wipers chattered across the windshield... so many mistakes on my paper work .,They want me to have all my service work done there . So frustrated that I am afraid to take my vehicle to them .

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
