Everyone I dealt with was accommodating and professional in their approach. The work was done in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with, as always since I purchased my Tahoe there, went out of their way to see that my service experience was a good one. In addition the young lady who handled the loaner car took time to make sure I was familiar with the car provided. Leroy went out of his way to keep me informed and I appreciated his phone calls.

Have you ever seen a deal to good to be true? Most times when you see a deal like that there is always a catch...Well at Weir Chevy there is no catch just believe it! I recently bought a preowned 2018 Colorado and traded in my 2013 Silverado. My salesman Stephen Dupertuis and I came to a deal on paper in 10 minutes! They had a great price on their truck and he offered a very fair trade in value on mine. No car dealer games . I took the Colorado home for the night and came back the next day telling Stephen I really liked the truck but the seats were very uncomfortable and I could not see buying this truck. Stephen said no problem we can fix the seats. I was shocked by that offer to fix basically new seats! I had never heard of such a thing. And true to his word they re-stuffed the drivers seat and after I asked and received a toneau cover we closed the deal. It is so refreshing to see there is a car dealer out there that cares about the customer more than the almighty dollar! Thank you very much Mr Roy (owner of Weir Chevy) And Mr. Stephen Dupertius for restoring my faith in car dealers who operate their business in a honest and straight forward way! St Louis people need to visit Weir Chevy and see what is too good to be true in Redbud IL I am sure glad i did!

I would imagine that most people don't look forward to visiting a car dealership, because of past experiences with the games that salesman, and their managers play. From my first call to Suntrup GMC, to the drive-away in our truck purchase, the experience was almost painless (except for writing the check :)).
Eric Trigg was great to work with. We live about 2 hours from the dealership, and at my request, he did a walk-around and returned my call within 15 minutes to describe the condition of the truck. When we arrived, the truck was as he described. He spent the time necessary to go over the past history of the vehicle and explained in detail the CPO program.
Overall, a very good experience.
False Advertising/Buyer Beware - AP2018
After researching the purchase of a Pacifica online, I found the best deals at Holzhauer. I went there, test drove the vehicle and subject to the appraisal of my Durango was ready to purchase that day. I asked if the online price for the vehicle was the price I would be getting and Brendan assured me it was. Fast forward to the official offer and I was given a deal based on the MSRP of the Pacifica, which was $7000 more than what was listed online. I feel like they tried to take advantage of a female who went on her own to buy a car. Little did they know they weren't dealing with an amateur! They even went so far as to tell me they thought they already had someone to purchase my Durango! Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.

We bought a car for my son after he totaled his SUV. I was given 2 prices. One price with brakes and one price with brakes and tires. I was told they would not sell it without new brakes. We bought the car with brakes and tires so we knew he was safe after just having a horrible wreck. Fast forward a year and a half later and about 5,000 miles. I had to pay to have brakes put on the car. I will never buy another car there or have any car serviced there!
The worst year long repair service I ever experienced! - TANNELLE
Have been dealing with this dealership for over a year; specifically the service dept. I have had the same issue duplicate itself 5 times and each time this dealer replaces a part that is not correcting the issue. I understand diagnostic codes and everything, but on multiple occasions they have all pointed back to the throttle needing to be replaced. They even wrote on one of my repair tickets that if "this repair" did not fix the problem and it resurfaced again they would replace the throttle. Well the issue did resurface a couple months later and we took it back assuming they would replace the throttle. However, they replaced something totally different and charges us a 5th time for something that did not correct the problem. So the most recent visit, the decided to go ahead and replace the throttle. After 5 -6 failed attempts and $2700.00 of my extremely hard earned money they replaced the throttle at the tune of $391.00 and that was only for the part. Nevertheless, I have yet to find a throttle that cost over $244.00 on any parts website. They seem to run between $112 - 244.00 for my vehicle model. After so many epic failures at repairing my vehicle, they did "waive" the labor rate on the 6th attempt. However, I don't doubt they more than likely added it back in as a hidden charge with the part cost, considering the huge difference in what they charged for the parts and the average price several parts websites offer them far. Tricky tricky deceptive company. All I have to say is God don't like ugly. This dealership is as ugly as they come! Did someone say bankruptcy!

Mis-diagnosis of problem costing me $ 500.00 plus - Customer
I brought my Buick Enclave in to determine the reason the alert screen said I needed to tighten gas cap and the emission light was on. I clearly explained to the service department that I has replaced the gas cap with an approved AC Delco cap and the screen alert as well as the emission light went off. Approximately one week later the same problem occurred. Again I replaced the gas cap with the GM approved cap and the tighten gas cap alert went off as well as the emission light. Again, this problem of the tighten gas cap alert went on . I then took it to Bommarito to have repaired.
After some time the told me that a rat, squirrel or some other animal had chewed a whole in the top of the gas tank and that they repaired for some $ 500.00 plus. Again, after a week the tighten gas cap and the emission light again came on. Today I returned to Bommarito to correct the problem and they try to tell me that someone got under my hood and broke the solenoid which was causing the current problem.
The real fact is that I was charged $500.00 plus for work that was mis-diagnosed . The experience I noted above strongly indicated that the solenoid was the issue all along. The cost to replace it, which was diagnosed within and hour today, was $165.00. Therefore there is no doubt that I was ripped off by Bommarito and with no satisfaction. They insisted this was a new problem that occured since their original diagnosis. An absolute untruth.

Horrible place to buy a car. They new my girlfriend want this used car and they stuck it to her. Ended up paying $50 more than asking price on a 4 year old car with an accident on the car fax. I told her to go else where but she really liked the car. They are not honest people either.

Went to the dealership to purchase a 2012 Chevy 3500. Truck had dents and scratches like a normal truck. Had no intentions on going down on price or scalping me on the price of my trade. It became very clear the dealership would rather sit on what they have rather than move inventory. Would not recommend going to them unless you want to be gouged on your trade and pay a large mark up.

I would not recommend this dealership to my worse enemy. Bob Brockand Jr. is a complete phony and is completely out for himself. I purchased a car from this dealership and brought it back three times for the same problem and they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally of course the warranty ran out and now we are stuck with a car that has a front end problem that will cost us at least 1300.00 dollars to fix. They were rude to me and my husband. Bob Brockland Jr. told my husband that he was " too sensitive and needed to chill out". That he was not going to fix anything and hung up on him, mean while we are still making month payments every month. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not put yourself in the same position. We thought they were good people at first, but CLEARLY it was all show to get us to buy a car.
