I can't say enough positive things about my purchase through Josh. He made the sales process very smooth, he was very fair and straight forward throughout the sales process. His staff needs to be complimented for their help during deliver.

We have been repeat customers at this dealership. Once again we found ourselves in need of a car and came back here for another. Lucas Satler was our salesman. He was professional, kind and patient with all our wants and needs. In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. As a female buying a car for the first time in quite a few years I was very nervous, but the team at MB Shrewsbury took all of those nerves away. DAVE SACCO is the THE BEST SALES GUY TO WORK WITH. He clearly understands the tech and is willing to explain it and then have you come back for a "masterclass". He has been around a long time. He will go the extra mile to make sure he gets you the best deal (especially if you know your numbers). He does not behave like a typical sales person. Its like he is on a personal missiion to make you happy and satisfied , he did- Definately not true of some other sales folks at this or other dealerships. Last, he is really bright and amusing to chat with (kind of a bonus for me). Well worth the time, but let him know if you have something in the oven! He's good with that. Ha Ha!

I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service.
