From the minute I met Peter Dudas until I had my tutorial with Alan, my experience with Smythe Volvo was excellent. Peter walked me through the process, showed me all the models, and made some excellent suggestions. My exit meeting with Alan was terrific; he explained all the programs and made sure I understood what my car had to offer. He made sure I was comfortable with my car…and also gave me his contact information so I could call him at anytime. The finance piece was explained very well and I feel confident with my purchase. Alan introduced me to the service manager who told me he was available to help at anytime. After being away from Volvo for 20 years, it’s great to have a new car and to feel comfortable and confident with Smythe Volvo.

I would be delighted to share my recent experience purchasing an Acura ZDX at Acura of Denville. I had contacted them beforehand to confirm the vehicle's availability, and the salesperson, Bernardo, confirmed it was in stock. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the general manager, who inquired if we were there to see anyone specifically. We mentioned we were there to see Bernardo regarding the Acura ZDX. He then escorted us inside and directed us to Bernardo. We were offered refreshments, and then promptly shown the vehicle. We quickly agreed on a purchase price, and within two hours, we were driving our new vehicle home. The entire staff was exceptionally polite and not at all pushy. We will certainly return to purchase my girlfriend's next vehicle when her lease expires soon.

Good deal on the vehicle. Very nice sales team. I had a good experience until it was time to pay. I already had funding through my bank and an interest rate 2 percentage points lower than their financing. I had to use Route 1's financing then refinance bc they were not willing to work with my bank. The second issue was that I was sold a protection package for the vehicle that I did not need. My vehicle came with the full manufacturers warranty so the additional package that I was sold was superfluous. Other than those two items it was a great experience and I would work with this dealership again.
