I was helped by Alex Rocha. The experience was so extremely seamless and he helped us so much with our options and doing the right thing for his customer. We came down from a bad experience from WI (we are Chicago native), so we came in a little stressed, and immediately from walking in Alex put us at ease. We also needed to go to the bank to get a cashiers check, they drove us to the bank and back as well. We came in for a different car initially but we walked out with something we love and stayed within our budget!

The process of buying a car is tense and nerve wrecking to say the least but they made it easy. I highly recommend this place and I urge you to ask for Krystal who is the best in this Sales team. Good dealership, bit difficult finance department, it took me a long time to get some simple questions answered, but overall I like this dealership because they do not add any "dealer stuff" to the car or try to really sell you anything extra that you do not want. One other issue is really difficult to make service appointment on weekends.
