Despite the time it took to receive my car back, Mitch Shefveland provided timely updates on parts delivery, repair estimates, rental accomodations, etc. Overall, I have been impressed with the dealership since I made my first Mini purchase in 2022. Nice work to Mini Team in Naperville.
