Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!

Things went well. My only gripes are I drove from out of town with an appointment, and it still took two hours to finalize paperwork. When I was doing my final signing, the sales associate going thru my Docusign paperwork took a phone call in the midst of signing and was very clearly not an emergency. This was quite disrespectful and showed that he no longer valued my time because I was already committed. Perhaps picky, but coming from a business professional with similar duties, I would never imagine doing this with one of my customers, much less one making a substantial purchase such as this. Eddy was great, a little pushy for me to do a video, (which I may have been more apt to do if my time felt valued).

After doing my research I decided to get a Honda Passport. A very nice car with a bunch of features. The staff was friendly. And my salesman even took the time to show me how to work all of the features on it.

He took the time to show us the vehicle before we took a test drive, which we were not familiar with the area he rode along guiding us. David Rich helped us making sure our vehicle was protected has a wealth of information before we took delivery of our car and David Cooper was great helping us with our financing providing us with options that worked for us. This was my first experience at a Lexus dealership and I was not sure what to expect. I was surprised how much better of an experience it was compared to other dealerships I have been to in the past. Mustafa was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase as he actually had the same car. We indicated that we were looking at that type of vehicle and I think that is why they matched us with him. Mustafa took his time with us, answered all our questions and never made use feel pressured or rushed. He offered many alternatives an went through line my line with the features as we compared models. I really appreciated that he checked in with me weeks after buying to make sure I am still happy with the vehicle. I found there are many benefits to purchasing a certified used Lexus and would recommend people to look into them.
