The purchase of my “new” used Buick Envision from D’Arcy Hyundai couldn’t have gone smoother. Zach Kraft was great to work with, very knowledgeable and easy going. Even providing multiple options I hadn’t considered that matched my criteria. When it came time to negotiate, Nick Oeser, Variable Operations Director, could not have been more professional. The same can be said about Warren Dixon, Finance Manager, when finalizing the paperwork. Both Zach and Nick even went ABOVE and BEYOND to address an issue several days after the purchase. Proving that customer service, even after the sale, is a top priority at D’Arcy. I drove down from Springfield to check out a car listed on their website. Car was what I wanted. The price on the new car was great. They offered Blue Book for my trade-in. The same amount another dealer offered. Holly was very nice, as was Brandon. The process was painless. Holly helped me set up the car features I wanted. She also helped me download the app and register the car on the Jeep website. They cleaned the car inside and out on gave me a full tank of gas. The whole place had a nice, calm, no pressure vibe.

Every step of the process felt organized and transparent, and the dealership clearly takes pride in how they treat customers. What really put the experience into perspective was purchasing another vehicle from a different dealership shortly afterward. The difference in customer service was night and day. Audi Morton Grove sets the bar extremely high—everything from communication to the small details of the buying experience was handled with care and professionalism. In comparison, the other dealership made it obvious just how exceptional the service at Morton Grove was. If you’re considering an Audi and want a dealership that truly values the customer experience, I would absolutely recommend Audi Morton Grove and working with Zain. 2 years ago, I bought my first car from Morton Grove, and returning to this dealership was a no-brainer. Here’s my review from 2 years ago, you can see how little has changed with exceptional customer service: Zain was awesome to work with, even being an out of state buyer with my own financing. Customer service is excellent, and him and Babelon made the deal work out, despite me on a crunched timeline as well. Car was exactly as described, and they made sure everything was perfectly ready for me to go when I got there!!

Leesa, our salesperson was very good. She worked to get my wife into the exact CR-V she wanted. My only problem with the entire process had to do with our trade in. They stared at $2800 under Kelly Bluebook. I mentioned Carmax and they said they would redo it using Carmax. Why did I have to ask for that? That came back still well below the Kelly price but we took it. Then during the finance process the actual number used for the trade in was less than the Carmax price and I pointed it out. The finance guy went into an explanation that it had to do with taxes and we were getting the same trade value. It made no sense to either my wife or I. It was exactly the kind of double talk that frustrates me to no end at most car dealers. We used the Costco buying program but at the end of the day I’m not sure how much it actually saved us due to all the double talk. The finance process was very rushed and I felt kind of steamrolled. Bottom line is my wife loves the car and I’m glad we bought it.
