Joe was super helpful and communicative throughout my buying process. I visited a total of 3 times (only due to my reasonings, could have completed a sale the first visit) and all times he was very pleasant and welcoming to work with. He allowed me to test drive any and all cars I had interest in and helped provide all the info on the 2 cars I had narrowed it down to. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market and would return to him myself. Steve was also very kind and super informative once I had chosen a car. He helped close the deal and was even able to lower my rate by 1%. (Not much, but he really did his best for me and it showed). He explained how he would recommend make my payments and made his personal suggestions to me with warranties and extras. He taught me a few things on the financial side that I will definitely apply in the real world. I really appreciated his honesty and input. Will definitely be back in the future!

Each time I have visited, I have been promptly greeted and had someone help me. I appreciate this because it is still very common for dealerships to ignore women who enter on their own and that actually lost a dealership down the road business. Everyone I worked with through the buying process was personable and did not give off any "salesmen" vibes, for lack of a better term. A particular shout out to Yoram, who worked with me each time I came in and made the process go very smoothly and was very easy to get along with to the point it felt like chatting with a friend and if you work with him, remind him it is time to adopt a dog! Fringe benefits - dealership has gelato and gorgeous fresh flowers. I would recommend the dealership and working with Yoram to friends and family, even though I didn't get to be driven around in the fancy golf cart... and no, there's no kick back for saying that but I wouldn't be opposed!
