Always a professional, correct and efficient visit to Lou Sobh service! Ryan is always upbeat and I’ve come to see him as a trusted advisor. Most recent visit included a need for new tires at 55k and he showed me the list of choices and then mentioned his recommendations. No pressure for a particular choice, just knowledgeable opinions offered. Service is always on time and the waiting room is comfortable and provides freshly made coffee drinks if you enjoy that (I do). Only place we consider for service for both our CRV and HRV.
