I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS580 from Mercedes-Benz of Palm Springs as an out-of-state buyer from Washington. Overall, the sales process was smooth, professional, and transparent. My salesperson, Cody, was responsive throughout the purchase and made the transaction easy, even though I was buying from out of state. I flew to California to inspect the vehicle before completing the purchase. The GLS was exactly as described—clean and in excellent condition. The only issue I found during the inspection was that the AIR BALANCE fragrance cartridge was missing, which should have been included. The dealership ultimately took care of that. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale was disappointing. The dealership selected the transportation company to ship the vehicle from California to Washington, and the shipping process lacked communication from the beginning. Promised pickup and delivery timeframes were repeatedly missed, updates were infrequent, and I often had to reach out first to get information. I was even provided with a driver’s phone number that turned out to be invalid, leaving me with no way to contact the driver or know where my vehicle was during transit. While I understand that third-party transportation can be unpredictable, the dealership chose the transport company, so I believe they share responsibility for ensuring customers receive timely updates and accurate information throughout the process. Overall, I had a positive buying experience and would recommend the dealership for its sales team. However, I hope they improve how they manage and communicate the shipping process for out-of-state customers, as it significantly impacted what was otherwise a great purchase experience.

Francisco definitely went the extra mile with my purchase , the guy is a straight shooter , he is definitely direct and knows what he’s doing . Sadly I saw he was helping a second client while he was helping me and they were complaining about some scratches on a car he was selling .they got so upset that he told the truth , those were deep , the and they weren’t going to be fixed. It’s crazy because it was a 2005 !!! Of course you can’t fix it , the paints too old and it wouldn’t make sense . He went and pointed out all scratches and said to them he could make fake promises to fix them just so they can buy it .I felt so bad for him because they said they were going to complain and get him fired . So I’m coming on and making sure everyone knows he’s great .

They came through BIG TIME when it mattered the most - out of state purchase Buy with confidence! My sales person, Josh, helped me evaluate the pre-owned vehicle remotely from Texas and was always super responsive. He assured me they only sell cars in excellent condition, and he was 100% right. Unfortunately, forces out of their control led to multiple problems during shipping with a 3rd party. This required the dealer stepping in to get things on track and make things right. Communication continued to be excellent, and they even wrote me a check to compensate for the inconvenience! Shout out to the management team and to Josh for always being transparent, maintaining great communication, delivering on their promises, and showing a level of ethics that people think is lost in the car business. Great people!

I had an excellent experience buying a used Tesla Model Y with Jose. He also took care fixing the scratched rims after the.Sale which was very nice. The only thing that made it less than a five star is the fact that the ownership release from the previous owner was not taken care of and required my repeated reminder and took more than a week. This caused inconvenience as I couldn’t set up the Tesla as my car to use super charges, or personalize the software.

Connected Pleasanton was unable to find the car I wanted, and Fremont never responded, even though I went to the dealership in person. San Jose doesn't have the car I want either, but I keep trying to find one.
