This is an amazing dealership in every respect. I purchased from Bozard because they offered a competitive price for the new Lincoln Navigator. But, Bozard really does more than offer a fair price. They are good, trustworthy people who really care about customers having a positive experience. We live in Tennessee. So, buying from a dealership in another state involves some trust and legwork -- particularly if you ship the car. That's where Bozard excels. They have a well-organized process for handling everything (even your out of state registration) and making it hassle free. The car was shipped to me and arrived promptly without damage. They even included a nice giftbox with wine and wine glasses in the backseat. Throughout the process, Bozard actively coordinated with me to make sure I understood the technology in the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Moreover, when I had a post-sale issue with one of the technical features in the vehicle, they took initiative to resolve it to my satisfaction. I have dealt with many car dealerships over the years and bought other luxury brands. This is not your average dealership. So, if you are reading this review and wondering whether to buy from Bozard, go for it. You are in good hands. Highly recommend Jack Michie and Thom Workman at their sales dept.

He FaceTimed us for a complete walkthrough before we drive up and disclosed all features of the vehicle to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. Upon arrival the service was professional, and most importantly friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends to check out beaver Toyota for their vehicle needs!

Excellent service. Can’t say enough about Zoltan. Had an amazing experience during the buying process. Zoltan was clear and open with the price from the beginning. No pressure and no back and forth. The price was on point the first time. In this day and age there is a lot of information online to educate yourself on average sell prices. Other dealers try to adhere to the “old style” haggling tactics, but not here. Zoltan was respectful, honest, transparent for the beginning. Would recommend Zoltan 100% if you want a VIP experience.

Great sales team. The entire process from start to finish was smooth. Not like pulling teeth or watching molasses pour when it came to dealing with our salesman. The stock photo that influenced the sale was wrong, but our guy and his manager were very nice to make amends by deducting the cost of the missing item from the sale price. Pretty standup dealership. They will get my business if I am ever in the market again for an Acura vs a Jeep next time. 😀
