Maxwell was a fantastic sales rep. He worked with us to find the best plan for my partner and I and was very personable. The fact that Maxwell came into the office on his day off went far beyond customer satisfaction and we greatly appreciate it. You can tell Maxwell cares about his customers and is willing to do anything he can to ensure customer satisfaction. Alex was also great, and we appreciated him stepping in to help while our sales rep was off. As for the dealership as a whole, we would’ve appreciated better communication about any issues that were arising regarding paperwork. I understand mix ups happen and things fall through the cracks. It was unfortunate we had to call the dealership to find out about these issues rather than the dealership contacting us directly. I understand that our sales rep was off and not in the office, and it would’ve been great if someone else could’ve have overseen his customers while he was off. It seemed the dealership prioritized customer feedback before receiving our car versus trying to resolve an issue that came up with our paperwork so we could get our car. Part of customer satisfaction is open communication and we would’ve greatly appreciated it. We understand why our sales rep had not contacted us - because it was their day off - and thought someone else from the dealership would follow up. We wouldn’t expect anyone on their day off to continue working as that does not seem fair. We felt Maxwell and Alex did their part, and would’ve appreciated the dealership working together on this matter. Again, can’t emphasize enough how great Maxwell was and hope your sales representatives can get more team support around helping their customers in the future.
