Met with Yarick on a Saturday to test drive, had a no-pressure convo about the vehicle, thought it over, came back on the following Tuesday afternoon with pre-approval loan and my trade. I was pleased with the deal overall, and within a couple hours I was on the road with my new car. Yarick and Liat walked thru everything like a breeze and I was on my way. I highly recommend and bonus, they have some of the most gorgeous vehicles I have ever seen.

I had an excellent experience today, March 5, 2026, at Heritage Honda Bel Air purchasing my first brand-new car, a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport in Sand Dune. My salesperson, Caleb Atabong, was fantastic from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really helped me with everything, making sure I understood each step of the process. He never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer all my questions, which made my first new car purchase smooth and enjoyable. The sales manager who worked with us was also great, even though I unfortunately can’t remember his name. He was very professional, fair, and helped make the deal work for us. We previously bought a used 2020 Honda CR‑V from this dealership in September 2024, and that experience was also excellent. It’s clear that Heritage Honda Bel Air consistently provides great service. I really appreciate how respectful and straightforward everyone was throughout the experience. After several weeks of researching vehicles and speaking with multiple dealerships, I ultimately chose Heritage Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly easy. I was able to work through most of the questions and financial details ahead of time via email and text, which made everything very efficient. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the majority of the deal was already structured. Andre and Ansley were both fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. Even when I decided to change models during the process, they were able to quickly update the numbers and walk me through the differences without missing a beat. Ansley was especially impressive — extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, trim comparisons, pricing, and overall process. This is our first Subaru, and there was definitely a learning curve with the features and technology, but the entire team was genuine, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything.
