Buying a new car can be a time consuming, unpleasant experience. Jaron got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It was also quickly apparent that Jaron was a knowledgeable and experienced Toyota salesman. Time spent in the finance office with Dana was quick and painless. Dana suggested additional protection plans but never pressured us which was greatly appreciated. Overall rating is A+ Conclusion…….ask for Jaron when looking for a new Toyota.

My wife and I came thru the showroom looking to test drive the CLE amg line, Mercedes was discontinuing the E class coupe and the CLE the recommeded alternative. Unfortunately no CLE's were in stock, Ron also searched surrounding dealers for coupes with no luck, the only ones available at that time were convertibles.. Fortunately there happened to be a GLC 4.3 model on the showroom floor that caught our eyes, and after a test drive my wife could truly appreciate sitting upright and the ease of utilizing the SUV cargo area vs her prior coupes. My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all of my documents. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision. This experience was completely different from one I had at another Mercedes dealership, where my car was hit by a tow truck during my first service visit. After that, every interaction there felt frustrating and disappointing. Because of that, I was honestly nervous going into this process again. I’m so glad I came to this particular dealership.
