We just got a good deal on a CPO 2025 Lexus NX 450+. And the biggest reason for that was Kevin Silva. He listened to our needs and concerns and then found ways to address them. We never felt pressured by him, in fact quite the opposite. Despite not being pressured he was very attentive and found creative ways to remedy our doubts. He even got us an extended time to test drive the car so we were really comfortable with picking this car. Kevin is great, ask for him at Lexus of Watertown.

Jesse Robles of the Service Department was very friendly throughout, and highly efficient. He had lots if knowledge about my car and what service I wanted, and gave his insight into the matter. We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.

I know some of you might look at all the other 5 star ratings and think this was probably just a bunch of paid shills or AI bots but I ASSURE you, all those reviews are genuine. Chris cares about the customer first and will give you the best deal possible. I flew 2500 miles to buy a car from him thinking the car I wanted was too good to be true…well, it wasn’t and every bit as good as Chris told me over the phone. Even allowed me to do a PPI, no qualms, and the inspecting party thought it was a great deal. Chris and Washington Street Motors are the real deal.
