I was very pleased with my CitySide Subaru experience. It was important for me to have a salesperson who would listen carefully to what I was looking for in a car. Mike DiFrancisco was exactly that person. I walked away knowing that he fully understood and would make a good suggestion. I trusted him. We took the car for a test drive, he answered all my questions, pointed out the features, and I was ready to sign on a dotted line. From that point on, the process continued very smoothly. We agreed on a price, did the paperwork, and I was sent to see the "financial guy" (what was I going to be facing there?). Mike Nelson provided me with all the details of warranties and specials. He was very professional and straight forward. He was patient with me, handling all my questions. I felt very much at ease speaking with him. Everything else went on schedule, and within a week, I had my new Forester. I enjoy driving it. Thank you to everyone who made the experience so positive. Paul Loscocco

The person by the name of Max was assigned to look after me. He was so courteous and everything was ready like clockwise and I was able to leave the service with a loaner very promptly. Rafi was my salesman and he was Awsome, His main concern was to make sure my wife and I were happy with what we were getting and he was soooo patient with showing us all the new things in the car that we had no idea as to what they were. He came through several times with calls keeping us informed on the progress of the car. I’m 72, have bought many cars in my lifetime and i honestly have to say he was the nicest salesman we have had. Made sure we were comfortable with the car. Hooked up both our phones. Extremely pleasant.

Went to Porsche Burlington on June 27th on a whim. Didn’t intend to buy anything at all, just wanted to see the cars. Luckily enough, I got paired with Mr. Fontaine, and boy was the experience magical! I will never go to another car dealership in my life! I got a 2022 Porsche Taycan, and unfortunately did not realize it was RWD. However, that isn’t an issue for John or Porsche Burlington. they gave me a month to make my first payment, so I have 30 days to go back and rectify this purchase! I’ve already been in contact with John, and he reassured me that I will be okay, and I can still get into the car of my dreams. All is good in my world, and I have been so blessed to paired with John Fontaine at Porsche Burlington.

It had been over ten years since I bought a car and remember all too well the “icky” feeling I had when working out a deal with the employees at that car dealership. The ease of working with Asia and the Finance Department allowed me to actually enjoy buying a new car from start to finish. They worked with me to find a place that financially made sense for the purchase and they even reimbursed me for the state inspection and a second key fob. I really appreciated this jester and it helped with the purchase of my wonderful new car!
