Lee was outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable about GMC and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and professional. The dealership had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from, which made our decision easier.
That said, there were a couple of small disappointments. The vehicle only came with one key due to it being a lease turn-in, but we were surprised that we had to pay out-of-pocket for the second key. Also, while the vehicle was detailed, there was still noticeable dust on the dash and electronic panels. It wasn’t a big deal, just something I ended up taking care of myself. On a related note, the men's restroom had visible dust buildup on the vents — a small thing, but worth mentioning as it reflects attention to detail.
Overall, though, the customer service experience was excellent, and Lee especially made a big impression. Oh! Bring your own water bottle, they were out of bottled water and gave us water in a cup. I look forward to my two free oil changes.
