I’ve had my car serviced here a couple times, and overall I’m very happy with the way I’m treated. The staff is always patient, professional, and attentive, and Richard, my service advisor, has been especially great to work with. He’s courteous, understanding, and always makes sure my concerns are addressed.
That said, one area where I think the dealership could improve is in protecting the vehicles interiors during service. It is inevitable that the technicians will transfer grease, fingerprints, dirt, etc due to the nature of their job. My vehicle has a light-colored interior, and I’ve noticed on multiple occasions it comes back with grease marks on the seats, sticky steering wheel or dirty fingerprints on the start engine button. Things that are noticeable especially in a light colored interior.
Other luxury auto manufacturer dealerships like nearby BMW of Peabody, Audi of Peabody, place plastic covers on the seats, steering wheel, and floor mats to prevent this, a small detail that makes a big difference in the overall experience.
I truly appreciate the excellent service and care from the team here, and I think adding this simple step would make the customer experience a 10/10 and more in line with the standards of a MB dealership.
