He explained all of the vehicle features and was extremely knowledgeable in regards to all of the different vehicles that they sell and what would work best for my family. We ended up with a lightly used Sienna without any pressure at all. Once we decided on that vehicle the rest of the process was handled by the finance manager, Gina who made the entire process fast and easy. She explained all of the different line items in detail and made the financing process along with our trade in seamless. Wish I could leave 10 out of 5 stars. Than you Egan and Gina! Can’t wait to come back when we need another vehicle

If you buy a Mazda from the Colonial Mazda Dealership you get free oil changes for life. What a great reward. The staff at Colonial Mazda were very friendly, courteous, totally professional and I never realized what I was missing until I owned a Mazda. The safety features of the Mazda CX-5 are outstanding. I really feel confident driving my Mazda knowing that the car itself is looking to keep me safe and the sensors installed at the factory on the car are the very best of all the other car makers. After purchasing many cars over the years, I’ve come to expect a certain level of stress, but Premier Subaru has completely redefined the experience for us. We actually agreed on a price online before even stepping foot in the building. When we arrived to test drive and sign, there were zero surprises—the price we discussed was the price on the paper. Matt was phenomenal; he was upfront, honest, and didn't try to push any "hidden fees" or additional items we didn't ask for. It was the smoothest, most haggle-free transaction I’ve ever been a part of. We worked with Jack in the finance department, who was incredibly organized and thorough. A major highlight for us was that we brought our own outside financing. In my experience, this is usually where dealerships try to pressure you to switch, but Jack was a total pro. He respected our choice and didn't try to change our minds, which we deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a dealership that values your time and honors their word, go to Premier Subaru.
