We went to South Easton motors to purchase a used car and had a fantastic experience. They showed us the cars we were interested to buy, and allowed us to take it to our own mechanic in town prior to purchase. The mechanic said the car was in great shape and had no concerns. We purchased it that day and everything has been great with the car since then.

I came in with urgent safety issue related to rear subframe corrosion Typically, this would not fall under the manufacturer's warranty due it not being the body, but after some discussion and research, Jim and I agreed we could pursue the Goodwill route. He and the team were able to help me get the assistance from Audi of America we needed and I am grateful. Throughout the whole process, he was transparent and trying to save me money wherever he could without compromising the quality of work. Would recommend working with him again.

The store has excellent and very efficient service, the reception staff are very helpful and communicative, I left the car for a Honda warranty repair, the repair was done successfully and the car is working very well, however when I got home I noticed the lack of many clips in the lower part of my bumper and even in the internal part, nothing that will affect the efficiency of the car but for such a reputable store could be more careful with the customer's car, when looking inside the front grille for the new capacitor the wire that connected to it and went inside the car was loose, it was not nailed in the proper places for support, I needed to take a branch to fit the wire in the supports and finally a rubber apparently side protection inside the front grille of the car is also now loose, and it was not like that before.

Went to Porsche Burlington on June 27th on a whim. Didn’t intend to buy anything at all, just wanted to see the cars. Luckily enough, I got paired with Mr. Fontaine, and boy was the experience magical! I will never go to another car dealership in my life! I got a 2022 Porsche Taycan, and unfortunately did not realize it was RWD. However, that isn’t an issue for John or Porsche Burlington. they gave me a month to make my first payment, so I have 30 days to go back and rectify this purchase! I’ve already been in contact with John, and he reassured me that I will be okay, and I can still get into the car of my dreams. All is good in my world, and I have been so blessed to paired with John Fontaine at Porsche Burlington.
