Unfortunately, just before the holidays, I was in a car accident that left my Tiguan totaled. While it was so stressful letting the insurance process play out and trying to recover mentally and physically from the accident, my faith in the VW brand was further solidified by how my Tiguan had kept me safe considering. I also immediately knew that I would be back to Wellesley VW to see Eric and Eli for a new car. Fast forward to today, I drove home a beautiful new Tiguan. I brought my RX 450 in for routine maintenance and expressed in interest in exploring buying a TX350 in the spring..while I was waiting I was introduced to Mark Hausman. Mark took me out for a test drive and answered all of my questions about the TX in depth. I returned two weeks later to purchase a 2026 TX . Mark was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining all of the features and technologies in the new vehicle. I highly recommend doing business with Mark and this dealership.
