Danielle was my salesperson and she was extremely knowledgable and professional. Danielle ensured that we had the time to choose the model and color that was right for us. There was no pressure from anyone we met with. Danielle was in touch with us every step of the way until we took delivery. When we picked up the vehicle Danielle spent a great deal of time with us explaining every feature on the Q5 in great detail which was helpful and she walked us through setting up the myAudi app and connecting the vehicle before we drove off. I highly recommend Danielle and this dealership.

Great guys here. I wanted to get out of my 2014 Rav4 and they got me a great deal with a brand new Honda Prolouge. There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! Especially to women that car shop alone that have been taken advantage of by other dealers. These guys are great, can't brag on them enough!

There is always someone there with a smile to greet you and to make sure they understand why you are there so they may direct you. Then I walk inside to my service advisor's desk and he greets me with a smile and knows my name. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He may be busy but he always makes time to make his customers feel heard, cared for and important. I have NEVER felt this way about a sldealwr service department. It is beyond impressive! I can't recommend this dealer service department or Renan highly enough!!

Marcus greeted us warmly on our first visit to Wellesley Toyota. He was so personable and warm and sincere. We knew we were in good hands straight away. The purchase of our new car went very smoothly and Marcus was around for me to call anytime I was confused about how the computer system worked, as I am not very techy. The showroom is lovely, and all the people that work there are so helpful. They are not pushy at all, but they don't really need to be because Toyota is an excellent car maker, and they have a lot to be proud of there in Wellesley. We love our new car!

Recently, I had a discount coupon that I received online for an added service I didn't really need. Instead of having the unnecessary work done, Giovanni applied the discount to the oil change I was having done. He didn't have to do this, but it was greatly appreciated. This is why I'll continue bringing my car to Boston Motorsports.
