I brought my car in for service without an appointment yesterday morning due to new issues that arose that morning. I was told that they would do their best to look at the car, but might not be able to do so until the following day. They arranged a ride home for me via their shuttle service. I received a phone call mid afternoon with diagnosis and needed repairs. The work was completed and my car was ready for pick up before the close of business. Marlena arranged a ride for me back to the dealer ship via their shuttle service. I received excellent service yesterday.

When I inquired about a used car that was advertised online, someone from the dealership contacted me promptly. After some intense haggling (do NOT accept their first deal), we agreed on a purchase price. They fulfilled their end of the bargain, and as a plus, at the sale closing they did not attempt to add on costs for extended warranties etc. Time will tell about their service department. All in all, a painless experience and we got the car we wanted at a dealership that is convenient for us to get to.
