I was nervous about this experience and she made the whole thing so calm and fun and easy! She really listened to me and always gave me time to work through my questions and decisions. I really adored working with her! Additionally, Mikayla (spelling?) was shadowing her as a trainee/new employee and she was also kind and friendly and helpful as well! Jack DiNuzzo from financial services was also very kind and helpful and I appreciated how well he explained things to me and his calm presence. Finally, Andi Vilches in delivery was very fun and personable and kind! Really great staff who made this a great car buying experience!
