My vehicles have been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Lynnfield for the last 15 years and have never had a problem - they know what they are doing, the service personnel are just great - every single one of them! Perhaps, Minis sell themselves to their likely owners, so the process doesn’t require high pressure behaviors. I’m very happy with my new car.
