Great guys here. I wanted to get out of my 2014 Rav4 and they got me a great deal with a brand new Honda Prolouge. There was a bit of technical difficulties at first but they fixed it hassle free for me & I'm so grateful for them! 10/10 recommend this dealership! From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive - he replied to my initial inquiry within minutes and sent over the CarFax reports for all three vehicles I was interested in. What really impressed us was how attentive Nathan was to our needs. When I mentioned we’d be bringing our newborn baby to the test drives, he made sure the two cars we were most interested in were ready and waiting as soon as we arrived at the dealership. He clearly didn’t want to waste our time, and we really appreciated that thoughtfulness. The entire process was remarkably smooth. Nathan is an excellent listener and worked quickly with his team to negotiate a price that worked for both parties. What could have been a stressful experience with a newborn in tow turned out to be efficient and easy. The only minor hiccup was that the finance department was a bit slow, though Nathan had proactively set our expectations about this since it was the end of the month. His communication made even that small delay manageable. Beyond his professionalism, Nathan is simply a genuinely nice person who truly wants to help his customers. I dealt with Rob Sylvia and was very pleased with my experience. There was no pressure, he answered my questions, dealt with me fairly and as a result I bought a new Bronco. In addition to Rob, his General Sales Manager, Eddie Clark, and his comedy duo partner Harry McDougall provided assistance and comedic relief. Finally, I didn't even end up hating the Finance guy, Bill Hoyle. He might be the only modest, low-key finance guy I've ever met. Anyway, it's the second car I've purchased here, and it won't be the last.
